I tried to decipher what the poses of the white men in blue coats on the album cover might look like in motion. Were they spelling out H-E-L-P as in Y-M-C-A? It took nearly 20 years and a traumatic ski injury for me to remember that, on the cover, John, Paul, George, and Ringo were skiing. They were skiing in Obertauern, Austria shooting a film to accompany the album. This is where I learned to ski.
